Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who is also experienced in social media posting. You’ll support an executive with day-to-day operations while managing and growing their online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, emails, meetings, and reminders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and to-do lists
  • Draft, edit, and schedule social media content
  • Research content ideas and trends relevant to the industry
    Qualifications:
  • 4+ years UAE experience in a personal assistant or executive support role
    -Strong communication and writing skills
    -Fluent in English
    -Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, etc.
    -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
    -Bachelor’s Degree
