REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant PA, secretarial, or executive support experience (experience supporting senior management is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English essential, to liaise with partners/clients and handle documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry is an added advantage.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and administrative matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong discretion, multitasking ability, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior management.
  • Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on action items from management meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate between departments and external stakeholders to support management priorities.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, records, and contacts.
  • Handle expense claims, simple finance administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide support for company events, boards, and senior-level meetings.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned to support top management.
