Join Spirax Sarco as a Personal Assistant supporting our Sales Director, Services & Sustainability Director, and Finance Director within the EMEA region, along with their wider teams. This hybrid role is pivotal to the success of our division, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across departments. You’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, helping them stay organised, efficient, and focused on driving growth. Occasional overseas travel and office presence during key meetings or events may be required.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Managing and prioritising executive schedules for seamless coordination.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organising meetings, travel arrangements, and divisional events.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Providing feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance executive effectiveness.
