We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join us as a Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant working closely with a dedicated team, you will provide comprehensive and high-quality assistance to our senior management, helping them achieve the company’s business development goals and corporate aims. Your role will involve a range of activities, including:

  • Maintaining diaries, to ensure smooth planning of the Executives’ meeting commitments, along with coordination of administrative and travel time required to complement this.
  • Co-ordination of meetings, including arranging facilities, and organising catering requirements, preparation of supporting paperwork, including agendas, handouts and minutes. Maintaining communications to ensure participants are kept informed and disseminating relevant information.
  • Assisting with Executives’ reporting, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
  • Organising travel arrangements for the Executive Team, taking all transport into consideration and producing informative itinerary.
  • Receiving, processing, distributing and filing accurately correspondence and necessary documents.
  • Providing when necessary high-quality secretarial service including occasional minute taking at relevant meetings.
