Line Manager: Employment Service Manager & Access to Work Coordinator
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Location: Halstead, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN147BJ
Contract Type: Fixed term contract
Hours: 12 per week (Tuesday and Thursday)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Female applicant (as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
  • Comfortable working around dogs.
  • Good IT and written communication skills.
  • Experience of working in a support, health, care, or administrative setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to and work from the client’s home address.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Employment Support Worker / Personal Assistant to provide professional, respectful and practical in-work support for a female client with a disability. This role is part of the
Access to Work programme and focuses on assisting the client in their professional duties and daily workplace activities.The successful candidate must be comfortable around dogs, as the client works and travels with a assistance dog. A full UK driving licence is required

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional, in-work support for a client with a disability or health condition.
  • Assist with daily work duties, including navigating meetings and visits, supporting documentation, and information access
  • Support tasks may include journey planning, minute-taking.
  • Help maintain and update documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Provide IT support using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other digital systems.
  • Support communication with colleagues, external agencies, and members of the public.
  • Accompany the client to various locations for their role
  • Act with flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the client and their role.
