Description

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks with discretion and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role (minimum one prior PA position required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Apple/macOS and iOS software (e.g., Calendar, Notes, Mail, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new digital tools and platforms
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
