Responsibilities
  • Sales Coordination:
  • Support the sales team with documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related records and reports.
  • Personal Assistance.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain office workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required.
