PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Thumpstar are seeking a Personal Assistant to work with the business director contributing to the effective company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business director by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and more
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from both internal and external contacts, ensuring responses are courteous, accurate, and comprehensive
  • Organize the delivery of office supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources
  • Oversee warehouse logistics, including coordinating staff schedules, sending task lists, managing deliveries and orders
  • Manage the executive’s calendar to ensure they are fully prepared for upcoming commitments
  • Organise accounts payable and ensure bills and invoices are paid on time
  • Manage rental portfolio including liaising with landlords and property managers
  • Assist in business related errands to ensure cohesive business operations
