Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Diary management and coordination of weekly and monthly meetings, including the development and distribution of agendas, minutes as well as follow up of actions as required Creating presentations for meetings and scheduling and coordination of on and off-site events and meetings Supporting with the development and coordination of various communications to the team Maintenance of distribution lists, organisational charts and planning templates Administer and maintain leave calendar activities and records Undertake other duties as requested by the Executive and Senior Management Support the coordination of travel as and coordination and processing of expense claims Skills/Experience Proven 3 years' experience within a similar role Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Able to confidently communicate and maintain confidentiality across all levels within the business Developed organisational skills, including the ability to priorities, make decisions, set realistic goals and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Ability to maintain composure and effectively handle competing priorities When it’s gone, it’s gone!
