Job Summary: Personal Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive
administrative and organizational support to our CEO. The PA will act as the first point of contact, manage
schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence, ensuring the executive can focus on strategic
tasks. This role requires discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all communication, managing phone calls, emails, and

messages, and directing them appropriately.

  • Organize and maintain the executive’s diary, schedule meetings, and manage appointments while

ensuring efficient time management.

  • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation as required.
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and implement administrative processes.
  • Handle expense reports, budget tracking, and other financial records related to the executive’s

work.

  • Conduct research and compile relevant information for decision-making purposes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Provide reminders of important deadlines and tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support with corporate governance tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and

company policies.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant

software.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Background in office administration or secretarial work is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance regulations is a plus
