We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a dynamic CEO and their family. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of professional and personal responsibilities across multiple time zones and households.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience supporting a high-level executive or HNW family in a similar capacity.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and payment platforms (e.g., Google Suite, Zelle, Venmo).
  • Experience handling international travel and working across multiple time zones is preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and be comfortable running errands or transporting items as needed.
    Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate complex calendars for the CEO and family, balancing business meetings, personal appointments, and travel.
  • Family Scheduling: Oversee day-to-day logistics for family activities including school, extracurriculars, and personal appointments, working closely with the nanny, schools, tutors, and coaches.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Property Oversight: Assist in the management of multiple rental properties, both domestic and international; coordinate home maintenance, renovations, and vendor relationships.
  • Expense Tracking: Track, categorize, and report monthly family expenses to ensure financial organization and clarity.
  • Payments & Reimbursements: Manage payments and reimbursements for household employees and service providers through Zelle, Venmo, and wire transfer.
  • Legal & Immigration Support: Assist with legal-related matters such as visa applications and liaise with immigration counsel to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
