Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO – Arabic Speaker
Job Summary:
A full-time, committed Arabic-speaking Personal Assistant is required to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role involves accompanying the CEO at all times and assisting with both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, discreet, and possess excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Be available to accompany the CEO at all times
Manage the calendar, appointments, and daily coordination
Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, emails, and travel arrangements
Provide support for both business and personal tasks as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Arab nationality
Full fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
Presentable, with excellent communication skills and strong cultural awareness
The CEO is a dynamic business leader, and this role requires continuous and direct support to facilitate her daily professional activities.
