Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and day-to-day operations.
This is a critical role that requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and cultural fluency in both Western and Arabic business environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a first point of contact: handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Provide administrative support in preparing documents, reports, and confidential communications
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the CEO
  • Accompany the CEO to meetings, events, and business trips when required
  • Handle personal errands and tasks with professionalism and discretion
