We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO
We are looking for a highly flexible and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with both professional and personal responsibilities.
This role requires someone with 1-2 years of experience who is well-organised, trustworthy, and ready to travel at short notice. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support.
✅ Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and correspondence.
✅ Handle office administration and coordination.
✅ Accompany the CEO for meetings, events, and business trips.
✅ Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification/experience preferred.
2. Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
3. Previous experience in administration or executive support.
4. Flexibility to travel whenever required.
5. Proficiency in MS Office & communication tools.
6. Strong English communication skills .
