Description

OUR BRAND

The Tailory New York is an award-winning luxury atelier specializing in bespoke formalwear and pioneering alternative bridal design. Featured in WWD, Forbes, The New York Times, and showcased at New York Fashion Week, we’ve established ourselves as the premier destination for clients seeking extraordinary custom garments that transcend conventional luxury. We are industry leaders in inclusive luxury tailoring, renowned for our expertise in LGBTQ+ wedding attire and gender-affirming design that sets new standards in bespoke craftsmanship.
SHAO New York is an elevated luxury streetwear brand that blends Shanghai 1930s glam with NYC edge. Since our explosive NYFW debut, SHAO has become a red-carpet favorite — seen on celebrities at galas, talk shows, and in TV/film. It’s bold, unapologetic, and designed to make a statement.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO of two distinct luxury fashion companies, in both professional and personal capacities. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that blends administrative expertise with the ability to anticipate needs and keep daily operations running smoothly.
If you thrive in a detail-driven, high-energy environment — and can handle everything from inbox management to coordinating car rentals — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the CEO’s emails, calendar, and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Proactively manage priorities and flag urgent matters requiring attention.
  • Coordinate travel, reservations, and logistics for meetings, events, and personal appointments.
  • Organize and maintain Google Drive and digital files for projects and documentation.
  • Support daily tasks, from tech upkeep (yes, even keeping the MacBook pristine) to errand coordination like cleaning and deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal team members, clients, and external partners — including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Assist with form submissions and reports (such as project trackers).
