Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion.
  • Prepare presentation materials, meeting agendas, and take minutes during executive meetings.
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
  • Assist with CEO’s personal matters including medical appointments, vehicle management, and social engagements.
  • Coordinate company events and activities such as festive celebrations, headquarters visits, and staff functions.
  • Support CEO in special projects including content proofreading, media coordination, and internal communications.
