JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the global business operations team. This role requires a professional with proven experience in the UAE, exceptional multitasking skills, and the ability to manage both business administration and property-related tasks.
The successful candidate will not only support the CEO and directors with day-to-day operations but will also oversee property management responsibilities, including advertising rental properties, coordinating with maintenance teams, and handling general property issues.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Aged between 28–35 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar PA role within a UAE company (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience in property management, including advertising rentals, tenant liaison, and maintenance coordination.
  • Must own a car and possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with senior executives and external contacts.
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving, working both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, with a strong sense of humour.
  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of global business operations and the “big picture.”
