JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO who also has experience in telesales. This role involves helping the CEO with daily tasks, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups, while also supporting telesales efforts such as calling potential clients and following up on leads. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
  • Prior experience in telesales (preferably in real estate).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Familiarity with property portals or CRMs is a plus.
