Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all travel arrangements, including coordination for Football Federation tasks - Handle meeting scheduling and full executive calendar management - Coordinate and follow up on meetings, agendas, and action points - Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks - Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements, both domestic and international, for the CFO - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CFO - Manage and maintain confidential files and records - Assist with financial tasks such as expense reports, budget tracking, and invoicing - Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments within the company - Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects - Attend meetings and take notes, as well as follow up on action items - Handle any other tasks or projects as assigned by the CFO Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role - High-profile- Presentable - Fluent in English - Superior communication and negotiation skills - Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior executives is a must
