QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from a Singapore or overseas university, or equivalent from a well-recognized domestic institution.
Highly professional, passionate, with excellent learning and adaptability skills.
Relevant work experience, strong resilience, and ability to remain efficient in a multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities
Fully grasp the strategic positioning and operational performance of the Singapore headquarters, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
Handle external coordination and communication with Singapore government agencies, banks, tax and finance institutions; oversee the head office’s annual filings, registration applications, and document archiving; also manage information exchange, collection, reporting, and archiving between affiliated companies (Shanghai, Vietnam).
Manage administrative and HR-related matters of the Singapore headquarters office.
Draft and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as well as annual budget reports (as required) for the headquarters.
Assist with budget preparation, annual ledger processing, consolidated financial statements, and tax filings; support settlement center and order center matters of the Singapore headquarters.
Coordinate customer visits and business arrangements related to sales, marketing, brand distributors, and exhibitions; strengthen efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms with the Shanghai and Vietnam offices.
