Responsibilities:
Your role will go beyond traditional assistant tasks, as you will consistently align the CTO’s priorities with the strategic objectives of the organization. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Strategic Calendar Management: Manage the CTO’s calendar with precision, aligning it with organizational priorities and optimizing time allocation for maximum impact.
- Proactive planning: Anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts, and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations and preparedness.
- Seamless coordination: Oversee travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and strategic engagements.
- Confidentiality and discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across functions.
- Event management: Help organize offsites, workshops, and key events for the Tech Office and leadership team.
- Process optimization: Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Tech Office.
