• Seamless coordination: Oversee travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and strategic engagements.
• Confidentiality and discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
• Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across functions.
• Event management: Help organize offsites, workshops, and key events for the Tech Office and leadership team.
