Job Description

Responsibilities
  • With your very strong organizational skills you support the CIO of METRO AG & CEO of METRO.digital
  • You take over operational tasks independently and safeguarding those processes/timelines are complied with;
  • With your ability to keep an end-to-end overview, you provide support on business travels, calendar management, expense management, maintaining data in various tools, enrollment to trainings;
  • You coordinate conference logistics, organize and facilitate meetings (internal and external customers/partners);
  • You work closely with the Accounting and Legal teams from MCC RO and manage contracts and invoicing processes;
  • You onboard new employees into the role of Business Support, ensuring they have access to all required tools, channels, and accounts both internally and externally.
