PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional, confidential, and efficient support to the Director. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential and proactive administrative support to the Director.
  • Handle and respond to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Schedule appointments, organise diary entries, and set reminders for meetings and tasks.
  • Take notes during meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and distribute them promptly.
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements, coordinating schedules and bookings as required.
  • Liaise with staff members, clients, suppliers, and shareholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Oversee office logistics, including booking meeting locations and maintaining supplies.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system.
  • Produce monthly executive reports and assist in preparing presentations, publications, and other documents.
  • Research and compile information relevant to the Director’s needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships by providing timely and appropriate responses.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
