WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
· High attention to detail to ensure papers and minutes are of the highest quality
· Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently
· An exceptional communicator - confident in working with senior leaders and stakeholders
· Proactive, professional and always delivering a high-quality service
· Experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
· Provide professional, efficient, administrative and secretarial support to the board and SLT
· Responsible for organising, running and recording a variety of meetings
· Managing records and correspondence to keep everything accurate and accessible
· Helping to drive strategic projects, making sure they’re on time and in the right format
· Providing excellent customer service and engagement with external stakeholders
· Support with ad hoc administrative tasks such as managing shared inboxes, answering calls, and processing orders
