Hybrid-Remote Executive Assistant Wanted ✨
We’re a busy family/property and green energy tech business tech looking for a proactive, highly organised Hybrid Executive Assistant (Office vs Remote days TBC) to help keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and reply to emails, chase responses, and keep things on track.
  • Build and Keep our property and tech company CRM ‘s updated
  • Book flights, handle travel plans, and follow up with suppliers/contacts.
  • Update our website with property details and news.
  • Use Excel and CRM to create reports and trackers.
  • Assist directly with day-to-day admin and projects.
  • Organise and book meetings as well as Zoom/Teams calls.
  • Assist other Directors with similar tasks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Based in Dubai with excellent written English.
  • Experienced in admin/EA/property support.
  • Strong with Office 365 or Google Workforce.
  • A good level of CRM knowledge.
  • Confident with websites (WordPress/Wix etc.).
  • Proactive, efficient, and detail-focused.
