Description

Our client is currently looking for a full-time experienced Business PA to work onsite at their Cumbria Office.
Please note, you will be required to attend their office in Newcastle City Centre twice a month for the first 3 months for training.
The role will involve responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of the office facilities. For example: monitoring of all supplies and replenishment as necessary; reporting any faults or issues with equipment or the office space; deal with any suppliers/contractors and generally ensuring that the lawyers have everything they need in the office on a daily basis.
You will also be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure they receive a warm welcome and are generally looked after during their visit.

It is essential that candidates are:

  • organised, with good planning skills
  • able to maintain client confidentiality
  • proactive, flexible and enthusiastic
  • able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
