We are looking for an Assistant to the Directors to provide daily support in a fast paced and dynamic business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a multi faceted role, gaining exposure to recruitment, business operations, marketing and events. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to various aspects of the business. This position is full time and located in Linley & Simpson Head office, in Horsforth.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices related to events, partnerships, and CSR activities.
  • Support special projects that align with business and HR objectives.
  • Organise and manage corporate events, expanding beyond current initiatives to add more value.
  • Drive long service recognition programmes to enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead Great Place to Work initiatives to improve company culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage regional communications and follow-ups, ensuring smooth internal engagement.
  • Oversee social media content strategy to enhance employer branding and company visibility.
