JOB DESCRIPTION
Chesterfield United Charities is seeking an Personal Assistant to support our General Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team that is focused on supporting those living in an independent living supported complex. This position will be based out of our Chesterfield office, working 12 hours a week. It is likely that more offers will be available, due to business growth. Extra hours may be required for staff coverage and events. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the General Manager to assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks within the company. The Personal Assistant will also work closely with our Trustees and Residents and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
EXPERIENCE
Experience working with Excel (preferred), but not essential
Proficient in MS Office
Driving licence preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task and prioritise work
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
DAB check required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
