The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Management Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the business and upholding the company’s values.   • Full clean UK driving licence and the right to live and work in the UK.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Senior Management Team, providing comprehensive support in managing various aspects of the business.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Manage email in-boxes and diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating the senior management team in meeting deadlines.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Senior Management Team.
  • Minute meetings, ensuring accurate records of management decisions are maintained.
  • Take charge of managing events, including conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department.
  • Oversee Health and Safety management within the organization.
  • Liaise with Wrest Park Estate for various operational requirements.
  • Coordinate visitors and maintenance contractors effectively.
  • Develop and implement an office code of conduct.
  • Act in the best interests of the company, maintaining a high degree of professionalism, and consistently adhering to company policies and guidelines.
