Personal Assistant to Manager cum Administrative & Accounts Works
Location: Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah (Relocation required)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Personal Assistant to Manager cum Administrative & Accounts Works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, PRO Services, office management, and documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Support HR and operational functions and IT Functions including coordination and record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports, invoices, and assist in internal audits.
  • Coordinate with management for smooth workflow in administration and accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must be Presentable and Professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Administration & Accounts (preferably in UAE).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Should be flexible with timings.

Salary Range: AED 3000 – 5,000 (based on experience)
