WE ARE SEEKING A PROACTIVE AND COMPETENT SECRETARY TO HEAD OF SENIOR SCHOOL TO PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE AND SECRETARIAL SUPPORT TO THE HEAD OF SENIOR SCHOOL, ENSURING THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE SENIOR SCHOOL OFFICE. THE ROLE INVOLVES MANAGING COMMUNICATIONS, SCHEDULING MEETINGS, HANDLING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, LIAISING WITH STAFF, STUDENTS, AND PARENTS, AND SUPPORTING THE SMOOTH DELIVERY OF ACADEMIC AND OPERATIONAL PRIORITIES ACROSS THE SENIOR SCHOOL.
