REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidate only (as per company requirement)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Personal Assistant / Office Admin / Executive Assistant in the UAE
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, web applications, CRM systems)
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities daily
  • Presentable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Currently in UAE and available to join immediately

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

This is not a single-task role. The Personal Assistant will handle administration, coordination, communication, and general office support. The right candidate will be flexible, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities at the same time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for management
  • Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence in English (and Arabic if possible)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Assist with HR, basic accounts, and office administration tasks
  • Update records, contracts, and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and external partners
  • Arrange travel bookings, events, and other personal/company tasks when required
  • Ensure deadlines are met and operations run efficiently
