Serdar Properties is a real estate brokerage in Dubai. We are looking for a female Personal Assistant to support management with daily tasks, office administration, and coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidate only
  • 2+ years experience as Personal Assistant / Office Admin in UAE
  • Strong computer and web application skills (MS Office, CRM, Google Workspace)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), Arabic is a plus
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Must be currently in UAE and ready to join
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to management with scheduling, calls, and emails
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Manage documents, CRM entries, and online applications
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and external partners
