JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Director in both professional and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who can manage diverse responsibilities efficiently while leveraging technology to improve day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Educated and fluent in English.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email management, task management tools).
- Basic familiarity with cloud systems or digital tools is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
Other Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
- Valid UAE working visa.
- Familiarity with accounting basics and utility management is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, meetings, and calendar organization.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Handle utility bills, invoices, renewals, and basic accounting tasks.
Technical Support:
- Assist with managing basic computer tasks, software updates, and digital tools.
- Provide support with organizing files and cloud storage.
Problem Solving:
- Take initiative to address and resolve operational challenges.
- Research and implement solutions to improve efficiency and free up the Director’s time.
Personal Assistance:
- Assist with household tasks such as managing gym memberships, clothing, car maintenance, and food ordering.
- Organize personal errands and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Exposure to Business Operations:
- Gain firsthand experience in managing multinational trading and technology business activities.
- Work closely with a senior executive in a dynamic environment, offering significant professional growth opportunities.
