Personal Assistant - Medicine Division within Medicine and Urgent Care Division
Full time 30 hours per week
Permanent contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team within the Division of Medicine.
You will be PA to the Directorate Management Team for Medicine within the Division of Medicine and Urgent & Emergency Care . You will provide support to ensure all clerical duties are performed to a high standard. You will work closely with senior clinical, nursing and management colleagues within this role. As such, the ideal candidate will be required to have a flexible approach to their work in order to respond to changing priorities, and have the ability to work under pressure.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, proactive and self-motivated.
Flexible working will be considered for this role.
To work autonomously to provide expert administrative and secretarial support to the Directorate Management Team for Medicine within the Division of Medicine and Urgent & Emergency Care . This will include prioritising workload, managing electronic diaries, dealing with office correspondence and communication, arranging and administrating agendas for meetings, supporting with responding to patient complaints, minute taking, general typing and dealing with all enquiries.
