This role provides administrative and Personal Assistant support to the Principal, managing client communications, diary coordination, and day-to-day legal administrative tasks. Job/Role Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls, including handling client enquiries. Book initial consultations and client appointments. Manage and maintain the Principal’s diary and schedule. Input client details into the LEAP system and open client files. Draft cost agreements and assist with legal documentation. Diarise follow-ups and ensure timely client communication. Provide general administrative support to the Principal. Perform website updates and basic content management tasks. Conduct ASIC searches as required. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Virtual Assistant (ideally within legal or professional services). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience managing calendars, appointments, and client communications. Familiarity with website content management systems. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. High level of organisation, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
