JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

  • Personal assistance to our partner Marek Novotny
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and drafting correspondence
  • Travel arrangements: planning flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, filing business and travel expenses
  • Finance assistance to Operations - invoicing and vendor management and purchase orders
  • Onboarding new joiners (communication, access to MS Teams, access to SharePoint), and offboarding emails including communication with our contractors
  • Cooperation with UX designers on AppDev branding and marketing activities
  • Care Program Process - managing regular feedback processes on vendors
  • Event coordination: Organising conferences and team events
  • Cooperation with Operations team on hiring process
  • Providing other administrative support such as taking meeting notes etc.
Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary role
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Time management, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to think proactively and show initiative
  • Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office and ideally G Suite
  • Finance background will be advantageous
  • Fluent Czech and English
