The Role

• Our client is a business-man who is based in Dubai and has business interests in various regional locations world-wide - We are seeking to recruit for him an active, energetic, knowledgeable and dynamic personal assistant who shall handle all his business communications related matters. - From Dubai office, the incumbent shall handle all his day-to-day matters as needed. - The job-holder needs to demonstrate ability to handle all related correspondence, appointments, bookings, minutes-of-meetings, personal & business arrangements, travelling arrangements, and any other issue as it appears - The incumbent needs to communicate with various entities in UAE & oversees as per the direction of the chairman, therefore, the ability to conduct the right communication with clear understanding is a must to this role.

Requirements

• Energetic individual who is task oriented rather than time-oriented - Smart who enjoys excellent communications kills both verbal and in-writing - Computer literate - Possess up-to-date technological skills - Posses excellent writing-skills in correspondence as well as reports - Has the ability to pay attention to all related details - Fluency in English is a must to this role, Arabic is a plus but not a must - Flexibility in timing is a must to this role as he may needs to communicate internationally at any time of the day - Ability to be on call as required - Ability to do tasks remotely as needed - Kindness, good manner and possessing the right attitude are must to this role.
