• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking systems, social media, and digital tools
• A great communicator who can liaise professionally with clients, staff, suppliers, and contractors
• Discreet and reliable, with the ability to handle sensitive information
