Role – Personal Assistant to Executive Team
Salary - Competitive
Location - Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN16 1XA
Pattern of Work – 36.5 hours, Monday - Friday

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking for an exciting role in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Team. As the PA, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of the Executive’s office by managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling communications. This position requires a multi-talented individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to;

  • Manage the Exec team’s calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal time management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Act as a liaison between the executives, wider team, and external partners
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in project management and follow-ups on deadlines and deliverables
  • Managing correspondence, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure replies are produced within the required timeframe
  • Read and prioritise incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses as appropriate
  • Attend specific meetings and take notes, draft minutes and action recommendations as required.
