We are a growing health-focused food and wellness business dedicated to creating 100% natural, innovative products. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to support the Manager with a range of day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Confident with email management and online systems
  • Familiar with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Able to work independently and manage time well
  • Friendly and professional in communication
  • Experienced in using Royal Mail online booking systems (or willing to learn quickly)
Responsibilities

This is a varied and vital role where no two days are the same. You’ll assist with essential admin and operational duties including:

  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Booking and organising appointments
  • Ordering supplies and tracking stock
  • Processing customer orders through Royal Mail and ecommerce platforms
  • Supporting the Manager with general administrative duties
