Description Personal Assistant to the Owner (Temporary to Perm position) We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide direct executive and personal support to the Owner of a fast-paced law firm. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-responsibility environment, handles confidential matters with professionalism, and serves as a trusted right-hand to leadership—managing schedules, communications, priorities, and day-to-day logistics that keep both the firm and executive operations running efficiently. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining chaos, and being indispensable behind the scenes. This is a temporary position that could lead to a permanent position. Key Responsibilities of Our Personal Assistant Executive & Administrative Support Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and priority planning Coordinate meetings, travel, and personal appointments Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups Organize and maintain digital files Legal/Office Support Assist with light legal administrative tasks Coordinate with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of the owner Handle confidential client and firm matters with discretion Support special projects and firm initiatives Monitor inboxes and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Personal Support Manage personal scheduling and logistics Arrange travel, reservations, and personal appointments Run occasional errands or coordinate services Assist with personal administrative matters as needed Anticipate needs and remove obstacles to maximize executive productivity Operations & Efficiency Create systems and processes to improve organization and workflow Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison to protect the owner’s time Identify problems and proactively propose solutions Help maintain work-life balance through thoughtful planning and prioritization Preferred/Required Qualifications of Our At least 3 years’ experience supporting an executive, business owner, or attorney (law firm experience preferred) Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed Experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures Project management experience Event planning or travel coordination experience required Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, advanced Excel, case management systems, DocuSign, and calendaring tools Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts Reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented About Nachawati Law Group At Nachawati Law Group, we successfully fight corporate injustices for our clients by delivering passionate, persistent, professional, and trustworthy representation.
