Personal Assistant - Your Role :

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s partners and lawyers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative management: Organizing schedules, planning meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Internal and external coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for international clients, lawyers, and partners
  • Document preparation: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports and presentations
  • Priority management: Tracking deadlines and handling confidential files
  • Operational support: Assisting in event organization and internal project management

Personal Assistant - Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written); French and/or Spanish are a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in office tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
