We are looking for a motivated people-person to be part of our Concierge and Organizing team, on a as-needed-basis, and continue making a positive difference in our clients lives. We have been serving the KW Region and area since 2018.
As a Concierge & Organizing PA you will be interacting with individual clients, assisting with various daily tasks, booking client appointments, personal errands, household organizing, and decluttering & packing for client moves as needed. You must have your own vehicle.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), email, and other relevant software.
    Job Types: Casual, Freelance
    Pay: $19.00 per hour
