Description
Handle personal and business-related matters of Senior Executive and provide secretarial support Responsible for organizing, scheduling, answer incoming calls and general enquiries Responsible for managing Senior Executive’s calendar, travel plans, and event arrangements Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences Handle travel itineraries; flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and visa arrangements Handling personal tasks – occasional personal assignments, such as organizing household staff, managing family schedules, and running errands Maintaining important documents and files, both physical and digital, creating and updating spreadsheets and reports Ability to accompany Senior Executive on business trips and handle all travel logistics Requirement: Minimum 5 years of solid experience from Hospitality and Aviation background Degree in any disciplines Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to details Excellent time management skills, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, discreet, flexible and honest High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people Proficiency in MS Office applications and travel booking systems Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Willingness and capable to travel domestically and internationally
