PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PROFESSOR – VISITHEALTH CLINIC, LONDON

VisitHealth is a leading private healthcare provider, delivering exceptional primary care and specialist services across London and beyond since 2017. With a reputation for cutting-edge out-patient care, advanced diagnostics, and personalised medical solutions, we are committed to offering world-class treatment and support to our patients.
In June 2023, we expanded our services to include state-of-the-art diagnostics (including MRI, CT, and endoscopy), cardiology, physiotherapy, and urgent care, as well as mobile and home visit services, catering to an international clientele.
We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Assistant to work directly with a senior Professor at our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious, fast-growing medical organisation and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Professor’s clinical, research, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a healthcare, academic, or corporate setting.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written) – both languages are essential for day-to-day tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills when dealing with sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a flexible, irregular schedule to accommodate the Professor’s professional commitments, which may include occasional evenings and weekends. You will work on-site at VisitHealth Clinic in London, supporting both professional and administrative aspects of the Professor’s busy schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Professor, managing communications with patients, colleagues, and external partners with extremely attentiveness to the schedule and all the information.
  • Coordinate the Professor’s clinical schedule, communicate with patients, research activities, and academic commitments, including meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Organise travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure smooth logistics for all professional activities.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documents with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Russian.
  • Support the Professor with day-to-day operational needs, including ad hoc tasks, to ensure efficient workflow and time management.
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and ensure that the Professor’s clinical and academic activities run seamlessly.
