Due to a recent promotion, we’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our Group General Manager – Wholesale Capital & JVs & Fund Manager, MWOF. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring energy, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring seamless support and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Coordinate national and international meetings, site tours, investor events, and roadshows
Preparing client packs, reports, and presentations for review
Be the key point of contact for investor engagement logistics – from executive lunches to large-scale conferences.
Maintain and update Mirvac’s CRM with key partner interactions
Manage travel arrangements, expense processing (via Concur), and provide general administrative support.
