PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITH ARCHITECTURAL & SALES EXPERTISE

Location: Dartford / Kent (Hybrid)
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 base (with opportunities for bonuses & profit share)

ABOUT US

At RCB Design & Build, we specialise in high-quality property renovations and construction projects across Kent and London. Led by our CEO, Vasi, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent client experiences, smooth project management, and full compliance with UK building regulations.
We’re now looking for a Personal Assistant with an interest in architecture, construction, and client relations to join our growing team. This is not your typical PA role – you’ll be working hands-on with clients, supporting project flow, and helping turn enquiries into successful projects.

THE ROLE

As the CEO’s right-hand person, you’ll:

• Meet with clients (online & on-site) to capture their project needs
• Translate client requirements into clear Scopes of Work for our estimators
• Communicate estimates back to clients and assist in closing sales
• Liaise with architects and ensure compliance with UK building regulations & British Standards
• Organise project details, follow through on client communications, and keep everything on track
• Provide day-to-day PA support to the CEO in a dynamic, mobile work environment
