  • Proficiency in video/picture editing is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications with precision.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings
  • Handle digital tasks like social media management, document creation, and online research.
  • Keep track of deadlines and ensure priorities are met.
  • Act as the go-to person for administrative and digital needs.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office activities and operations
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Graphic design software).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
