You’ll support a range of member banking needs—including account management, loans, and digital banking—in a collaborative, professional setting. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Open and maintain various account types, such as checking, savings, IRAs, and trusts. Assist members with transactions, loan applications, and account inquiries, debit card replacements, online banking, and direct deposit letters. Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services. Resolve account issues and debit card disputes efficiently. Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Support branch operations through clerical tasks, balancing duties, and participation in audits. Is This You? High School Diploma or equivalent 1 – 2 years’ experience in banking/financial services Strong communication/interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer operation Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities based on member needs Ability to be bonded Preferred But Not Required: Proficiency with Fiserv DNA; Associate or Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related); Experience with lending; Financial products/services knowledge Why Join Arbor?
